 Starting your research

 
Open a Noodle Tools project for this assignment - one per group.
  1. Both partners log in to Noodle Tools.
  2. One partner creates the new project using MLA as style and Advanced for level.
  3. That person shares the project with the partner by adding the student's Noodle Tools id under student collaboration.  This way both students can contribute to the same works cited list.

Try this general reference database for information on Climate change and The Greenhouse Effect. 

Canadian points of View Reference Centre (EBSCO)
Go to the databases page of the WVSS library website.  Look under EBSCO for Canadian Points of View. Under browse by category select environment and then climate change. 
This resource contains point and counterpoint arguments on the topic plus a guide to critical analysis.

Global Issues in Context (GALE)
Select the Global Issues in Context Database from the Gale list on the library database webpage.
 Select browse issues and topics.  Select Global Warming or Climate Change headings.
 The search will produce an overview of the issue as well as numerous links to other sources. 

Opposing Viewpoints in Context (GALE)
Select browse issues from the menu bar and select Global Warming and Climate Change from the list of issues. You will find a variety of recent sources on this topic here. 

Science in Context (GALE)
Select Science in Context from the list of databases.  Enter Global Warming into the search engine. The database will return a variety of reference, journal, magazine, and news sources.

Greenr is a Database focusing on the Environment, Energy and Natural Resources.
